About the MAER

The Media Arts Equipment Room is a space for Media Arts students to edit and rent gear. We strive to simulate the feeling of an upscale rental house to prepare students for their future rentals outside of Wayne State University. Our rental house provide 72 hour rental packages that are available to all our students that are taking production courses. We also provide an in house foley studio. The MAER is a place for film creatives and those alike. If you ever need your ideas nurtured, please take a trip to the MAER.
